Shipping:
>All packages are shipped USPS first class mail. The USPO declares that First Class shipping take 3 to 5 business days-we know that that is not always the case, and sometimes can be a bit longer-especially during holiday seasons. I do appreciate your patience !
>I now only ship on Wednesdays and Saturdays, due to the crazy schedule we're keeping these days!
>>All orders have to be in the day before by 12:00 noon E/S time in order to ship the following day. If placed after that time, they are shipped with the next shipment that goes out.
>I no longer can offer same day or expedited shipping on our pieces, I'm really sorry about that.(Priority Shipping is available at an upcharge, but will go out with the next shipment)
>I replace or refund packages that are not delivered. However, I do require we wait at least 2 weeks after the package has been shipped(off holiday season) before I will do so.
Overseas packages take much longer, and time required will vary-as well as will Holiday deliveries.

Returns:
> If a product arives damaged, I will refund, credit, or replace the item if notified within 5 days after reciept.
>If for some reason you are simply not satisfied with your purchase upon arrival you have 3 days after you receive your purchase to notify me via convo that you wish to return an item.
The item must come back in pristine condition.
You will be refunded once I have the item in hand and can confirm it's condition.
You pay the shipping charges, they will not be refunded.
